Welcome to Dionis Studio (the "Studio"), represented by independent 3D artist and visualizer Dionis Illich Olinevych (the "Contractor"). By approving our digital proposals, paying our invoices, or commissioning our 3D visualization services, you (the "Client") agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.
The Contractor provides high-quality 3D architectural and product visualization, rendering, post-production, and digital art services (the "Services"). The specific project scope, deliverables, technical requirements, timelines, and fees will be specified in the individual digital proposal or invoice sent to the Client.
Inherent Copyright: In accordance with international copyright laws (including the Berne Convention), all inherent copyrights and intellectual property rights for any 3D models, geometry, scenes, custom textures, lighting setups, and source files created during the project remain exclusively with the Contractor.
Source Files Exclusion: Digital source files (including but not limited to .max, .fbx, .obj,
Unreal Engine projects, and Corona/V-Ray materials) are the internal working tools of the Studio. Unless explicitly purchased under a separate written agreement for an additional fee,
source files are not part of the deliverables and will not be transferred to the Client.
Grant of Rights: Upon full and final payment of the designated invoice, the Contractor grants the Client the perpetual, worldwide, and irrevocable right to use the final high-resolution rendered images and/or animations (the "Deliverables") for full commercial purposes (including marketing, advertising, product catalogs, e-commerce platforms, and websites).
Payment Milestone Requirement: No commercial rights or permissions are transferred to the Client until the Contractor has received 100% of the agreed project payment. Any commercial or public use of the Deliverables prior to full payment is strictly prohibited and constitutes a copyright infringement.
The Contractor retains the full right to showcase the final rendered images, animations, and project milestones in the Studio’s portfolio, website, social media channels, and promotional case studies to demonstrate professional craftsmanship.
Confidentiality Notice: If the Client requires a delay in portfolio publication (e.g., until an official product or architectural project launch), the Client must request this restriction in writing before work commences.
The number of revision rounds included in the project cost is specified in the initial proposal or invoice.
Any changes requested after the final high-resolution rendering delivery, or modifications that alter the originally agreed project scope, will be billed as additional services at the Contractor's standard rates.
Projects are subject to upfront deposits or milestone payments as stated in the project proposal.
Digital deliverables are typically shared via secure cloud storage link. Final high-resolution files without watermarks are released immediately upon verification of the final payment.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Contractor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, revenue, or data) arising out of the use or inability to use the Deliverables.
In any event, the Contractor’s maximum total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by the Client to the Contractor for the specific project.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in good faith through direct negotiation between the Client and the Contractor.
